Ralf Rangnick is reportedly set to backtrack on his Manchester United plans in an attempt to accommodate struggling star Jadon Sancho. The winger arrived at Old Trafford in the summer transfer window but has so far failed to live up to his £75million price tag.

Though he has played him out of position since he took charge, Rangnick is insistent that Sancho is a winger.
“For me there's no questions about his position He's a winger, as we say in Germany,” the United boss added.
“Someone who can dribble fast with the ball and for me there's not at all a question over the best possible position for him. But again, it's not only about training at the highest possible level.
“I said that to him by the way the day before yesterday - confirm the performances you show in training when you're playing on the pitch.”
