Ole Gunnar Solskjaer reviews Manchester City defeat
Manchester United legend Gary Neville has taken aim at the club’s CEO of media in the wake of their 2-0 defeat to Manchester City on Saturday. Eric Bailly’s own goal and Bernardo Silva’s strike gave Pep Guardiola’s team all three points. And the Red Devils are now back to being in crisis as a result.

“Creating Robots on and off the pitch! Get the f@@k away from them,” he tweeted.
“It’s a football club. He makes controlling fans sound like he’s trying to win a general election!”
After the game against City, Neville admitted that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was in trouble amid the club’s worsening results.
"I don't think there's any chance they'll make a decision during this season unless it gets so bad, but it’s getting to that stage where it’s so bad," Neville said.
"Ole is under massive pressure and they have no courage. I know the Liverpool game stands out because it was 5-0 but that was 5-0 in everything but the scoreline.
"(Today) they looked frightened to death in and out of possession as if they were crumpled into a little ball waiting to get beat.
"You can get beat no doubt, but they are flaky when it comes to big games.
"They got destroyed today make no mistake about it, that was mauling. I think because of the 5-3-2 that semi-worked, my worry is top teams can switch it from side to side.
"The individual errors are a massive problem and they're not showing courage when they are on the ball. It was a really poor performance."
Another United legend to pile into the club was Paul Scholes, who feels Solskjaer must show conviction if he’s to keep his job.
“The conviction has to come from the coach of the way you’re going to play football,” he said.

“Ole has been here three years now and we’ve come here today not really knowing what he’s going to do.
“That makes the recruitment almost impossible because you’re not buying players for a system.
“Look at Pep, he’ll buy players for a system. He brought Grealish this year for his system, he brought Mahrez in for his system.
“Jurgen Klopp brings Diogo Jota in as another forward for his system. We are bringing players in and trying to shoehorn them into positions.
“Three years down the line you can see the evidence on the pitch, today and two weeks ago we are a long way off.
“I do think we’ve got a group of good players but Ole has to convince everyone that he is the right man to find the right formation for this team.

“Stop messing about changing it for everyone else.
“He’s got to now have a conviction, whatever it is I don’t care just have that conviction.
“I said before the 3-5-2 doesn’t suit the players in the team. Wan Bissaka is useless on the ball, brilliant defender but useless on the ball at right-back.
“Three centre halves today, none of them that good on the ball.
“Ole has got to find a way and it’s job by the way. There’s a squad of players there that could be OK.”
