Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is under pressure to win tonight’s Champions League clash with Atalanta. The Red Devils go into the match having won just two of their last seven matches across all competitions. And with the shadows of Antonio Conte and Zinedine Zidane looming large, it’s possible the Glazers will wield the axe should results fail to worsen.

Alex Telles joined United from Porto last summer with the aim of being the club’s first-choice left-back.
However, the Brazil international has spent most of his time in English football stuck on the sidelines behind Luke Shaw.
Telles was overlooked for the recent draw with Everton, despite Shaw barely being fit.
And given he signed on to be first-choice, he can be forgiven for thinking a change of manager may improve his fortunes.
Donny van de Beek
Like Telles, Donny van de Beek also joined United last summer.
But with just four Premier League starts under his belt, the Netherlands international has majorly disappointed.
Solskjaer doesn’t appear to trust the 24-year-old, despite being the manager who signed him for the club.
And Van de Beek, like Telles, could be understood for pining for a change at the very top woule enhance his chances of fulfilling his potential in the future.

Jesse Lingard
Solskjaer managed Jesse Lingard at youth level.
But he’s been unable to coax the best from the England international during his stint at Old Trafford.
Lingard was fantastic for West Ham last season and, when called upon this term, he’s caught the eye with some slick showings.
Certainly, he deserves more of a chance. And under Solskjaer, he doesn’t appear to be getting it - which could lead to a departure next summer.
Anthony Martial
Anthony Martial has regressed under Solskjaer.
Though he scored 23 times in the 2019/2020 campaign, the France international has scored just eight goals over the past year.
It’s not good enough. And he doesn’t appear to have the backing of his manager, especially following the return of Ronaldo.
So, therefore, Martial is another player whose talent may be successfully rediscovered elsewhere if the Glazers stick, rather than twist.

Cristiano Ronaldo
Ronaldo and Solskjaer have a good relationship.
But cracks are already starting to appear, which doesn’t bode well.
Ronaldo was livid at being dropped to the bench for the draw with Everton, where he later stormed down the tunnel. And he had to be told to go over to the club’s away fans after the 4-2 hammering at Leicester’s hands on Saturday.
The Portugal international returned to United to win. After all that's what he's all about. And the form of old may reappear if he reunited with Zinedine Zidane in England.
