"I was very nervous and I went to the referee and said 'we cannot play like this, stop the match.'
"The referee and the nice man out there stop the match.
"Now, I think it's okay, right? That's more important than everything."
When asked to elaborate on what exactly alerted Reguilon to the scene, the Spaniard revealed he heard the fans calling for the game to be stopped.
"I looked at the fans and they said 'stop, stop'," he added.
"I looked too close to the fans and said 'gaffer, the guy is lying down, it's no good, please stop the game'.
"Everything is okay, that's the most important."

Meanwhile, goalscorer Kane also explained that the Spurs players knew a defibrillator would be at the side of the pitch, something that prompted Eric Dier to rush to the sideline during the incident.
He said: "From our point of view, we knew that they had the defibs on the side of the bench.
"We didn't know if the medical staff had that in the crowd.
"That's why Eric went over to see if they had one.
"It was devastating to see, we wish him all the best, all the fans as well.
"It wasn't nice to see that so we hope everyone is okay."
