Harry Kane: All you need to know about England striker
Former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has addressed how the media has treated Harry Kane after failing to return to Tottenham for pre-season. Ferdinand suggests Manchester United's Paul Pogba would've been portrayed differently if he was in Kane's shoes after past media treatment.
Adidas and Manchester United have launched their official 2021/22 home jersey, putting a modern twist on their classic club styles.
Kane was due to return to Hotspur Way on Monday morning to undergo COVID-19 testing and routine blood work.
However, the 28-year-old was a no-show in an attempt to force a departure in the summer transfer window.
Manchester City have been heavily linked with a move for Kane, but Daniel Levy seems unwilling to negotiate his exit.
Pogba's future is also uncertain, but the Frenchman is expected to start his pre-season preparation back at the Aon Training Complex with minimum fuss.

"And I'm not saying that [Kane] and his tactics to leave are wrong (if we are to believe what's being said)," Ferdinand added.
"Harry wants trophies, and he isn't getting any younger.
Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher chimed in on the debate by quote tweeting and disagreeing with Ferdinand's second post.
He tweeted: "I disagree. It is wrong not to turn up for training. We all know he wants to go and can totally understand why.
"But Harry should not ruin his name or relationship with the supporters who idolise him just to get the move. Spurs will always be HIS club."
