Arsenal are expected to be busy in the summer transfer market and the club have wasted no time so far in going after their targets...
James Maddison: Facts and stats of Arsenal-linked midfielder
Arsenal are expected to confirm the signing of Albert Sambi Lokonga from Anderlecht and more new arrivals are expected in the next few weeks at the Emirates. The Belgian midfielder has already passed his medical with the Gunners and is now in quarantine ahead of the move.
Thierry Henry was among those to provide a glowing reference of the player after working with him with the Belgium national side.
Lokonga is a technical midfielder who is set to replace the departing Granit Xhaka and Matteo Guendouzi.
Another midfielder is expected to follow though but the two signings Arsenal will push for next have already been identified.
The Gunners want to get a deal for Brighton centre-back Ben White over the line after seeing two bids rejected so far.

Albion have turned away bids of £40million and £47million as they hold out for their steep valuation of £50million.
White is currently on holiday in Mykonos with close friend Kalvin Phillips, meaning any deal will have to wait until he returns.
The defender is not expected to take the full three weeks off so he can resolve his future as quickly as possible.
Other clubs have been tipped to rival Arsenal but the Gunners are confident they can get the transfer over the line.

Furthermore, Arsenal also want to resolve their goalkeeping situation.
The club paid the price for failing to replace Emiliano Martinez last season, with Alex Runarsson simply not up to scratch.
Martinez helped push Leno competitively and now Sheffield United goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale is on the agenda.
Arsenal want to try and make the move happen with £20million the figure being quoted.

Leno could leave the club if a suitable offer arrives.
The German has already made it clear he'd be open to a new chapter somewhere else this summer but so far there has been little interest in his services.
He has just two years on his contract and Arsenal want to avoid losing him for next to nothing further down the line.
Other targets include Sassuolo's Manuel Locatelli and Real Betis defensive midfielder Guido Rodriguez.
