Manchester United need to sign a striker and a right-winger to reach the next level, according to Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher. United are the top scorers in the Premier League this season, netting 53 goals in 26 matches. However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side have scored just one goal against the other teams in the so-called big six.

Carragher agrees that a right-sided attacker is needed to liven up the attacking options for Solskjaer.
But he believes signing a central striker is of more importance to the Old Trafford club, with Erling Haaland thought to be a major target this year.
"When the ball actually goes up to the front players, is there enough quality there?" the pundit continued.
"You said they're the top scorers in the Premier League, but have they got that player to score in the decisive games? That player who is going to take them to the league title.
"People talk about Manchester United - 'they need a right-winger'. They went for Sancho.
"They need a centre-forward more than anything in my book, and a right-winger.
"I think if you've got [Marcus] Rashford, a centre-forward and a right-sided player, and [Mason] Greenwood supplementing that and filling in - he's still a young player, I think he's going to be a quality player. But there's where they're lacking seriously.
"I wouldn't have a go at Ole for that. I'd say it's a lack of quality.
"You look at the options, you think in this country of Harry Kane, or Haaland coming through."
