Arsenal: Arteta believes he will have 'happier squad'
Arsenal are interested in signing Crystal Palace youngster Tyrick Mitchell, but face difficulty in concluding a deal on the cheap. A number of Premier League teams are also said to be watching the left-back.
Arsenal are one of the teams said to be interested in Mitchell ahead of the summer transfer window.
The Gunners are said to be interested in signing a new left-back in order to provide competition for Kieran Tierney.
They’re currently short of options in that position. Bukayo Saka can play there but his preferred position is further up the pitch.
Mitchell has apparently caught the eye of Arsenal chiefs after breaking into the Palace side this season.

The youngster has made ten appearances in the Premier League – all starts – in the left-back position.
He’s emerged as one of the best young talents in the league, and there had been speculation he could be on the move this summer.
That’s because reports suggest his contract will expire in the summer, as per Transfermarkt.
But according to The Evening Standard, his current deal runs beyond the end of this season, therefore Arsenal will have to pay a significantly higher fee in order to buy him.
