Former Arsenal striker Kevin Campbell believes the Gunners "need" to sign a player like Norwich City star Emiliano Buendia this month. Arsenal have been heavily linked with a move for Buendia and they could make a swoop for the playmaker.

"Norwich play good football so it would be good for either Willock or Nelson to go there and learn and Arsenal get Buendia as part of the package.
"He is one of the players that we need. It would work out perfectly.
"Norwich would be getting a quality replacement for Buendia in the meantime, so I do not see it being a problem if the club table the money for Buendia."
Campbell is a big fan of Buendia, previously telling Football Insider: "I think he would be a very clever signing. I like him.

"He has the qualities that Mikel Arteta is looking for in a player. Not only can he pick a pass, he can score and he works hard.
"He has that energy which has been missing from the team for long periods of this season.
"I think there is some really good players in the Championship and Buendia is one of them. He would fit what Arteta wants to do perfectly.
"I know Norwich will be desperate to keep him but this is Arsenal and business is business. I am sure Buendia would want to join Arsenal, that is for sure."
