11.25am: Well there we have it. Not the worst draw in the world for Liverpool and Manchester City, with Chelsea definitely getting the toughest of the lot.
Frank Lampard's side take on Atletico Madrid, who will prove a stern opposition under Diego Simeone.
Barcelona were in the second pot and could have come out against a Premier League side but Ronaldo Koeman's side will instead take on Paris Saint-Germain in the popcorn tie of the round.
10.50am: We have around 15 minutes until the draw gets underway but there has been a dark cloud cast over this morning's proceedings as ex-Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain manager Gerard Houllier has sadly died.
The Frenchman is being honour by Steve McManaman and Owen Hargreaves in the BT Sport studio.
10.30am: Good morning and welcome to Express Sport's live coverage of the Champions League draw.
The three English clubs won their group so they must face a runners-up in the next round. They can not be drawn against a team from their group.
Group runners-up are Atletico Madrid, Borussia Monchengladbach, FC Porto, Atalanta, Sevilla, Lazio, Barcelona and RB Leipzig.
