Arsenal: Mikel Arteta previews Premier League game with Wolves
ArsenalbossMikel Arteta axed Mesut Ozil from his playing squads for this season in thePremier League and the Europa League, despite the German's hefty wages. There are now concerns that Nicolas Pepe could go down a similar route.
Arsenal are reportedly thinking of selling Nicolas Pepe due to concerns that he will not be able to turn things around in north London.
Pepe was sent off in the goalless draw against Leeds last weekend to add to his woes since joining the club.
The Ivory Coast international was signed in a £72 million deal from Lille last year after scoring 35 goals in 74 Ligue 1 appearances for the French club.
But he struggled massively to adjust to life in the Premier League in his first season, and has started just two league matches this season.

Pepe is currently raking in £140k-a-week, and is set to miss Arsenal’s next three league games due to suspension.
So according to the Daily Star, the club are keen to offload him to avoid shelling out millions in wages, just like they’ve been doing with axed midfielder Mesut Ozil.
The club’s highest paid player is set to miss the whole season after being left out of Arteta’s playing squads.

“After the disappointment of something negative, you want to see a reaction and I could see from the first minute with his body language that he was ready to act.
“I think he had a great performance, he scored one goal and could have scored another one or two.
“He created some good moments in the game and worked really hard for the team, so I really like it, I am pleased with that.”
Arsenal are back in action on Sunday when they face Wolves.
