But according to the prediction made by Football Web Pages, Liverpool will be unable to even qualify for the Europa League this season and will finish in seventh place.
Chelsea have started the season promisingly, with Frank Lampard’s star-studded £250million summer transfer haul proving to be worthwhile.
The Blues are currently just two points off the top, and the predictor has them finishing in second place – but 12 points behind Mourinho’s champions.

Rounding off the top four will be Aston Villa and West Ham, with Southampton and Leicester City finishing fifth and sixth respectively.
Liverpool are slated to finish in seventh spot, with Everton in eighth and Manchester United ninth, with Manchester City in tenth.
Arsenal have been poor this year so far, losing four of their opening nine games.
And they could be in line for more misery, with the supercomputer predicting they will only finish in 16th spot with just 40 points.
