Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli has fallen out of favour under Jose Mourinho this season.
Tottenham: Pundits discuss Dele Alli transfer rumours
Dele Alli is at a "crossroads" in his career at Tottenham with Jose Mourinho clearly not a fan at the moment, according to Harry Redknapp. Alli has long been tipped as the future of Tottenham ever since he was signed from MK Dons, touted as the never Steven Gerrard.
And he had an instant impact at White Hart Lane, being named PFA Young Player of the Year after his first two seasons.
Alli has since blossomed into one of the Premier League's most talented midfielders.
But he's enduring the toughest stage of his career to date having fallen out of favour under Jose Mourinho.
The 24-year-old was one of the first names on the team sheet when Mourinho took over from Mauricio Pochettino last November.

But there were signs that Mourinho was beginning to lose trust in Alli towards the end of last season.
This campaign, Alli has barely featured at all and is often left out of the matchday squad altogether.
He's played a total of just 66 minutes in the Premier League with Mourinho favouring other options in midfield.
There was strong speculation in the summer that Alli was heading for the exit door with Paris Saint-Germain strongly linked.

The Ligue 1 giants were reportedly interested in a loan move, but no official bid was forthcoming.
Now Alli faces a battle on his hands to get back into Mourinho's plans.
And former Spurs boss Redknapp has instructed the England international to get back to basics in order to win his manager's trust again.
"He's got to be careful," he said on talkSPORT.
"He is maybe at a little bit of crossroads at the moment.
"Who knows what goes on behind closed?
"Jose sees him every day. There's obviously something he don't like that's going on there and that's why he's dropped him out of the squad.
"Whatever it is, I think Dele needs to get back to the player we know he can be.
"He needs to get his head down, concentrate on his football because when he's playing well he's a fantastic player."
