Champions League latest odds
A spokesperson for the pools.com said: "Bayern Munich have been backed to win successive Champions Leagues for the first time in almost half-a-century.
"The holders, who defeated Paris St-Germain in Lisbon in August, have been installed as 15/4 favourites to retain their crown after today's group stage draw.
"Bayern's victory over PSG at the Stadium of Light was the sixth time the German giants have claimed the famous trophy - but they haven't retained the European Cup since their controversial final success against Leeds United in 1975.
"Manchester City and Liverpool are joint second favourites with bookies thepools.com at 17/4.
"There is a huge gap in the market then before PSG, last season's beaten finalists, are listed at 17/2.
"After a year's absence, when they reached the semi-finals of the Europa League, Manchester United are back at Europe's top table and 18/1 to lift the trophy for the first time since 2008.
"Chelsea, winners for the first time in 2012 when they beat Bayern Munich on penalties, are 22/1."
