Man Utd: Pundits discuss ‘major development’ in Sancho transfer
Manchester United have just a week left to make further signings this transfer window. And, on Monday, there are big updates involving Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Jadon Sancho, Alex Telles and Andreas Pereira. Express Sport will now take a look at the latest news and gossip surrounding the club.
Solskjaer has reportedly told Sancho he expects the forward to arrive at United before the transfer deadline.
That’s according to Norwegian outlet Dagbladet, who reaffirm the belief the Red Devils will bid for the England international this week.
Solskjaer has told Sancho he expects things to go ‘smoothly’ and that the 20-year-old will become their player before the transfer deadline of October 5.
The England international has supposedly agreed a five-year contract with the club.
And personal terms aren’t expected to be a problem, with the 20-year-old keen to make the move.

United are reportedly set to loan out Andreas Pereira, who has struggled for minutes since the arrival of Bruno Fernandes in January.
And Esparto Interativo journalist Fred Caldeira has claimed Lazio will be able to sign Pereira permanently for €27m, with a sell-on clause of 10 per cent also agreed.
“Andreas Pereira is on his way to Lazio! Negotiations started a few weeks ago and are coming to an end,” he tweeted.
“One-season loan with option to purchase (€ 27 million + 10% of the next sale to Man Utd).”
Pereira has made 141 appearances for United, playing under Louis van Gaal, Jose Mourinho and Solskjaer throughout his time at the club.
United have been urged to replace Ed Woodward with former Chelsea chief Michael Emenalo by Ian Wright.
"For me, and it's blatantly obvious to me, you've got someone like Michael Emenalo who was at Chelsea," Wright said on the Kelly & Wrighty Show.
"He won three Premier Leagues under three different managers, he's won the Champions League, he's helped oversee the loan system and the academy system at Chelsea.
"We're talking about a director of football who knows exactly what he's doing.
"That's what Man United need and that is what they haven't got and that is the elephant in the room."
