The opening round of Premier League fixtures will unfold this weekend with champions Liverpool in action against newly-promoted Leeds. The Reds won their top-flight title for 30-years by an 18-point margin last season.
Many are backing Liverpool to retain their crown but a supercomputer has predicted they will be pipped to the prize by Manchester City.
According to forecasts by FiveThirtyEight, City are predicted to win the title with a tally of 88 points.
Liverpool are tipped to come second, eight points behind Pep Guardiola's side.
Many are expecting Manchester United to close the gap on the top two this season.

And the FiveThirtyEight is predicting the Red Devils will come third with 71 points.
Chelsea are tipped to complete the top four, with Tottenham and Leicester completing the European places.
Arsenal, who came eighth last season, are predicted to leapfrog Wolves to finish seventh this time around.
Leeds, West Brom and Fulham make up the promoted sides this term, with Norwich, Bournemouth and Watford going the other way.

The Whites are back in the Premier League for the first time in 16 years and fans are excited to see what Marcelo Bielsa brings to the division.
However, FiveThirtyEight predicts their spell in the top-flight will last just one season.
The newly-promoted trio are all tipped to go back down, with West Brom finishing bottom on 36 points.
The predicted table suggests Leeds and Fulham will both finish on 39 points.
