Champions League fixtures: When are the quarter-finals, semi-finals, final? Full schedule
The Champions League has reached the quarter-final stage - but when are the semi-finals and final? Express Sport is on hand with the full schedule for the Champions League.
Champions League: The top five comebacks of all time
The Champions League last 16 ties have been settled as the final eight clubs secured their spots in the quarter-finals. However, unlike in previous seasons, the remainder of the tournament will be played as one-off ties.
From the quarter-finals onwards, all matches will be played in Lisbon, Portugal, in the form of a ‘mini-tournament’.
A statement from UEFA read: “UEFA expects all parties to adhere to hygiene best practices both in the controlled match environments, as well as in their private day-to-day lives.
“Players and everyone else involved should remember their actions, and adherence to the social distancing requirements in particular, not only to guarantee a safe environment to UEFA matches but also serve as a strong symbol for the millions of viewers around the world.”
The opening game of the quarter-finals sees Atalanta face Paris Saint-Germain, before RB Leipzig take on Atletico Madrid the following day.
