Liverpool: Fabinho plays football with girlfriend in back garden
Fabinho's home in Formby was burgled as he celebrated winning Liverpool's first Premier League trophy on Wednesday night. None of his family were at home during the raid, which is alleged to have taken place between 3pm on Wednesday and 4am on Thursday morning.
Fabinho and his family were at Anfield in preparation for Liverpool's final home game of the season against Chelsea.
But Fabinho and the rest of the Liverpool players were out celebrating until the early hours of the morning after being handed their Premier League winners' medals.
Fabinho discovered the burglary when he returned to his residence.
A Merseyside police statement said: "Detectives in Sefton are appealing for information following a burglary in Formby.

"Police were called to an address in the early hours of this morning (Thursday, 23 July), when the occupants entered their house to find it had been burgled."
The Audi RS6 which was taken from his home was later recovered in Wigan.
Crime Scene Investigators have since forensically examined the car while enquiries are being made for CCTV footage in and around the area.
Fabinho's wife, Rebeca Tavares, took to social media to assure fans their family is safe.
She tweeted: "For all those who are asking... we are safe!"
Fabinho is the latest Liverpool player to fall victim to burglary in recent years.
Just last year, Sadio Mane's property in Allerton was burgled while he played a Champions League last-16 tie against Bayern Munich.
Homes of Dejan Lovren and Roberto Firmino have similarly been targeted by thieves over the past few years.
