Man Utd star Paul Pogba makes hilarious Phil Jones observation - 'It's not nice to say'

Man Utd: Pogba is a better player than Fernandes says pundit
Manchester United star Paul Pogba has hilariously revealed Phil Jones is the likeliest player at Old Trafford to score an own-goal. The France international plays alongside the centre-back at the Theatre of Dreams and made the comments while opening up on his team-mates at the club. Jones is a divisive figure among fans having struggled in recent years.
Manchester United star Pogba was recently asked about his team-mates by SportsBible.
"Who's most likely to score a bizarre own-goal? It's not nice to say but, Phil Jones. Phil Jones, sorry,” he said.
Pogba is yet to score an own-goal himself.
And it’s clear he was only joking around and being honest, rather than firing shots at his United team-mate.
Pogba was in the United youth side when Jones signed for the club from Blackburn Rovers in the summer of 2011.
That was when Sir Alex Ferguson ruled the Old Trafford roost.
KEY STORY: Man Utd owners the Glazers may sell up faster because of coronavirus crisis
But, while Jones has done well to stay at the club for over a decade, it’s increasingly likely he’ll be sold this summer.
The England international has only started two Premier League matches this season, against Sheffield United and Burnley.
And Newcastle are keen to lure him away from the Red Devils when the transfer window reopens at the end of the campaign.
United’s defence has done well this season.
Harry Maguire has taken his game to new heights since being given the captaincy in January, just months after his £80million move from Leicester.

Victor Lindelof is finally resembling the player United thought they were getting when they signed him in 2017.
And Eric Bailly and Axel Tuanzebe, despite being repeatedly hit by injuries, have done well when called upon.
Regarding Pogba, this is expected to be his final season at United.
And former Sky Sports presenter Andy Gray believes they should use funds from any potential sale on Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish.
“We don’t know how football is going to come through this,” he said.
“We don’t know if football is ever going to be the same again and whether It’ll affect player values and salaries. We’re entering a world of unknowns.
“But when the dust settles, if I could sell Pogba for £100m and bring in Grealish for £70m I would do it in a heartbeat. It’s a no brainer.
“United still might be able to get their money back on Pogba.
“He’s pretty much failed at United. Is it his own fault or just bad luck with injuries?
"I think it’s probably a combination of the two.”
