Man City boss Pep Guardiola makes transfer decision on Riyad Mahrez after PSG interest
Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has made a transfer decision on the future of Riyad Mahrez, after the forward was linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain in the summer, and it appears the former Leicester winger won't be leaving the Etihad Stadium any time soon.
Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has decided that Riyad Mahrez won't be leaving the club this summer. Paris Saint-Germain were interested in signing the Algeria international, but Mahrez has insisted that he's happy in Manchester.
Last week it was revealed that PSG were interested in recruiting Mahrez from City.
It was believed that he could be a replacement for either Kylian Mbappe or Neymar, who are both increasingly being linked with moves away from the French capital.
Mahrez was reportedly open to the idea of a summer switch to PSG, after hearing of their interest.
But, it's now been claimed that the winger doesn't want to leave the Etihad Stadium, and is very happy where is is.

Mahrez is currently earning around £180,000-a-week, but his deal won't be extended for another 12 months.
He still has three years left on his current contract, but could be set for a pay rise if he continues his excellent form.
Guardiola has valued Mahrez at around £80million; £20m more than they paid Leicester in 2018.
Mahrez has rekindled his excellent form from the Foxes' title-winning campaign, and has been one of the Citizens' best players this season.
