Celtic boss Neil Lennon is still interested in signing Victor Wanyama from Tottenham in the January transfer window, but the Hoops are hoping that Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has a change of heart over the transfer fee.

Celtic are interested in re-signing Tottenham midfielder Victor Wanyama this month. The out-of-favour holding midfielder has been valued at £10million by Spurs chief Daniel Levy, which is currently pricing Neil Lennon out of a move.

Wanyama spent two years at Celtic, between 2011 and 2013.
He was signed from Belgian side Beerschot in a £990,000, and was later sold to Southampton for £13m.
After impressing at St Mary’s in the Premier League, Spurs eventually made their move for the Kenya captain.
He moved to north London for £13m, and has since made 97 appearances for Tottenham.
