Rangers boss Steven Gerrard wants to offload wingers Brandon Barker and Jordan Jones in order to make one more signing before the end of the January transfer window. Gerrard has already waved goodbye to eight players this month, four of whom have made permanent departures.
But the Liverpudlian wants two more stars out the door in order to make his first signing of the window.
According to the Daily Record, those two players are summer arrivals Barker and Jones.
The widemen were recruited to improve Gerrard’s squad depth but neither player has had a look-in at Ibrox, with the pair playing fewer than 1,000 minutes between them this season.
Gerrard has ostensibly already deemed the flankers surplus to requirements and Gers have made them available to English clubs.

“I could pick five, six, seven, eight players I didn’t recognise and who were passengers.
