Bruno Fernandes: Man Utd transfer in 'severe doubt' says pundit
Manchester United are concerned about paying over the odds for top transfer target Bruno Fernandes. Old Trafford believes that if they meet Sporting’s demands, it will give other clubs leverage when it comes to negotiating transfers with United.

The report claims that United chiefs believe the player is worth around £38m plus add-ons.
While their total offer as a package is likely to be a lot more than that, the £30m difference still comes as a huge surprise given how long the two clubs have been in contact.
United are now prepared to walk away from the table and wait until the summer to land other targets.
While Fernandes is a player of great interest, they will not be bullied during negotiations.
