Arsenal: Arteta says he 'wants' Aubameyang to stay at club
Arsenal will look to sign RB Leipzig centre-back Dayot Upamecano in the summer, with a deal for the 21-year-old unlikely for the January transfer window. The Gunners haven’t got the cash to spend this winter and will extend look to sanction loan deals to help them until the end of the season.

The club also have their eye on Juventus star Merih Demiral this season, but they’ve been set back by the fact that the Italian champions would rather not loan him out.
Demiral is behind Leonardo Bonucci, Matthijs de Ligt and Daniele Rugani in the pecking order and Arsenal would likely make him their prime centre-back.
Leicester are also said to be interested in the Turk and are confident in the fact that current defender Caglar Soyuncu could convince his compatriot to join the Foxes.
Another defender who Arsenal are thought to be interested in is Bayern Munich’s Jerome Boateng.

Arsenal chief Raul Sanllehi spoke last month of how the team’s January window would be much more tactical than in the summer, where they spent an abundant amount.
"Globally, it's not the strategic window. By definition, that's the summer window,” he said.
"That's when you plan the season ahead.
“Last summer we did an incredible effort where we were very grateful for the support we got from our ownership to really go one step further and make, as I said, a real investment to increase our expectations for the season.
