Jose Mourinho reveals his dog passed away over Christmas
Ahead of Tottenham’s Premier League clash with Brighton, Jose Mourinho shared the sad news that his dog had died on Christmas Day. Mourinho was conducting a pre-match interview with Amazon Prime presenters when he revealed the news.

Upon hearing the news, fans flooded to Twitter to offer their condolences to the Tottenham manager.
One user wrote: “Jose Mourinho lost his dog. Commiserations.”
Another commented: “Not usually a fan of Jose Mourinho but my heart goes out to him and his family who had their dog pass away on Xmas day.
“Tears in the studio and tears on my sofa.”
A third added: “Rest in peace Jose Mourinho's dog. I know the feeling. Always hard losing a pet.

Mourinho took over at Tottenham last month following the sacking of Mauricio Pochettino.
The Portuguese coach signed a contract with the north London club until the end of the 2022/23 season.
"The quality in both the squad and the academy excites me," Mourinho said at the time.
"Working with these players is what has attracted me."
