FIFA 20: Strongest players in FUT confirmed – Akinfenwa, Lukaku and former Liverpool flop
FIFA 20 strongest players have been revealed ahead of the game's upcoming release, so who are the toughest stars in Ultimate Team this year?
FIFA fanatics are always on the lookout for star players who can make the difference to their Ultimate Team and help gain a vital advantage over rivals.
And EA Sports have given gamers a helping hand ahead of the upcoming release of FIFA 20 by highlighting the leading men in various categories of attributes.
Strength can play a key role in boosting a team’s chances, both in attack and defence with weighty centre-backs and bulky forwards adding a whole new dimension to a side’s strategy.
This strength rating is a reflection of how well a player can manhandle his opponent, coming out on top in physical duels and maintain their balance when challenged.
And it is no surprise to see man-mountain Adebayo Akinfenwa lead the way in FIFA 20, with the famously powerful Wycombe striker handed a strength rating of 97/100.
Former Manchester United forward Romelu Lukaku, now playing for Inter Milan in Serie A, is no longer solely the strongest gold-rated player with both Kalidou Koulibaly and Wesley matching his power.
Bayern Munich defender Niklas Sule is sure to be a popular player in FUT for his impressive attributes while ex-Liverpool defender Sebastian Coates has also been given a high strength rating.
The Sporting centre-back, who suffered a nightmare outing earlier this season when he conceded three penalties before being sent off against Rio Ave, has a strength rating of 94 – but who else makes up the top 20?
