- Barcelona will not be selling Ousmane Dembele
Philippe Coutinho prefers PSG over Bayern Munich
Philippe Coutinho would rather move to PSG than Bayern Munich, it has been claimed.
The former Liverpool midfielder is being eyed by both clubs as the September 2 European transfer deadline edges ever nearer.
The 27-year-old would prefer a move to the French capital as it would be on a permanent deal, according to Mundo Deportivo.
Coutinho has struggled at Barcelona since making the move from Liverpool.
Real Madrid ready to hijack Neymar deal
Real Madrid have moved to hijack Barcelona’s move for Neymar by offering PSG the shock transfer of Vinicius Jr, reports say.
Real Madrid and Barcelona are scrapping to lure Neymar away from PSG before the European transfer window shuts on September 2.
The PSG forward is eager to leave the Parc des Princes behind after just two years, having grown tired with life in Paris.
Neymar’s preference is to return to Barcelona but, with relations between the Catalan giants and PSG strained, a move to Real Madrid cannot be ruled out.
And Sport say that Los Blancos chief Florentino Perez has sensationally offered Vinicius as part of a deal.
Real rate the teenager highly but the report says manager Zinedine Zidane is unconvinced.
PSG to pressure Neymar to join Barcelona over Real Madrid
Neymar will be reportedly pressured into joining Real Madrid over Barcelona by PSG chief Nasser Al-Khelaifi should the club receive a bid in the region of £200million from Los Blancos.
Neymar wants out of PSG and Real Madrid and Barcelona are both currently fighting it out to secure the player’s signature.
The Brazil international feels the time is right to leave the Parc des Princes, two years after he moved in a £200m deal.
Barcelona are currently frontrunners in the race to land Neymar, with the player himself hellbent on returning to the club where he enjoyed four positive years between 2013 and 2017.
But Catalan newspaper Mundo Deportivo say Neymar will be pressured into going to Madrid by PSG chief Al-Khelaifi should they be offered their money back.
Barcelona to agree Neymar swap deal
Barcelona and PSG have agreed on two players to be included in a potential swap deal for Neymar, as the Brazilian star closes in on a return to the Catalan side.
Spanish publication SPORT claims Barca will apparently give up Philippe Coutinho and Ivan Rakitic after a request from the French giants.
They had been keen to keep Rakitic, but will apparently relent after Real Madrid’s interest in Neymar.
Madrid had been in negotiations with PSG over the signing of the Brazilian forward, but are also interested in Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.
Bayern Munich monitoring Philippe Coutinho situation
Bayern Munich are interested in signing Philippe Coutinho from Barcelona on loan.
That would only happen though if the Brazilian was not included in any swap deal with Paris Saint-Germain for Neymar.
Sky in Germany say the Bundesliga club are closely monitoring the situation and could move for Coutinho.
Barcelona have previously placed an £80million price tag on the former Liverpool midfielder.
Ousmane Dembele decision
Barcelona have no intention of letting Ousmane Dembele leave despite currently fighting Real Madrid for Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar, reports say.
Barcelona signed Dembele from Borussia Dortmund for a massive £134million to be Neymar’s replacement two years ago, when the Brazil international made the move to PSG.
He has often infuriated Nou Camp chiefs with his behaviour, at one point being deemed to have a Playstation addiction last season.
But Dembele is a talent and one, according to Catalan newspaper Mundo Deportivo, they plan to keep for the coming season.
The World Cup winner has been linked with a move to PSG as part of any Neymar operation.
