Neymar: Barcelona have made PSG an offer says Castles
That’s according to Spanish publication Sport, who claim the Brazilian has agreed personal terms on a move.
Neymar has apparently been vying for a move away from PSG this summer, just two years after he became the most expensive footballer of all time.
He left Barcelona for France in 2017, signing a staggering £198million deal, but his time in Paris has been plagued with uncertainty.
Since he joined PSG, reports have always circulated about the winger regretting his move, and he was linked with a return to Spain - to either Real Madrid or Barcelona - just months after.
Now, it appears he is finally set to seal a way out of Paris, after he apparently told PSG owner Nasser Al-Khelaifi that he wanted to leave.
According to Sport the forward texted numerous Barcelona players saying: “Relax, I’ll come.”
And Neymar has reportedly agreed to two major concessions in able to allow the deal to go through.
The report states that he has agreed to lower his salary almost by half from his current wages, thought to be in the region of £550,000-per-week, as well as withdraw his lawsuit against the club over his unpaid loyalty bonus in 2017.

Now, the only stumbling block could be a deal being reached between Barcelona and PSG.
The Catalan club has reportedly sent multiple offers to the Ligue 1 champions to seal a deal, one being a £89m player exchange featuring Ivan Rakitic, Ousmane Dembele and Samuel Umtiti, and the other a £90m fee plus Philippe Coutinho in exchange.
PSG are apparently willing to let their most expensive player leave this summer, after Al-Khelaifi insisted that he didn’t want any “superstar behaviour” at the club.
In an interview last week, he stated that nobody forced Neymar to join.
