Juventus transfer news: Most likely ins and outs ranked and rated – Chiesa and Dybala
JUVENTUS strolled to the Serie A title last season but fell short in the Champions League once again, so there is plenty of room for improvement in the transfer market.

Juventus are set for another summer of strengthening in the transfer market as they look to build a squad capable of competing on multiple fronts.
The Old Lady welcomed Cristiano Ronaldo to Turin this time last year and were rewarded with 21 goals and 11 assists in 31 league appearances, powering Juve to their eighth consecutive Serie A title.
However, Massimiliano Allegri’s side were knocked out of the Champions League by Ajax in the quarter-finals so new manager Maurizio Sarri has some rebuilding to do if he wants to take the club a few steps further – although Aaron Ramsey has already arrived on a free transfer from Arsenal.
Paul Pogba had been linked with a miraculous return earlier in the summer but now a deal looks unlikely while the Italian champions will be hard-pressed to keep hold of some of their best talents – so which transfers are most likely to take place according to Football Whispers?
Veteran centre-back Andrea Barzagli has hung up his boots and retired, leaving a big hole in the Juventus squad, while Martin Caceres will return to Lazio after his loan spell.
Emil Audero joined Sampdoria permanently during the second half of last season and Andrea Favilli has also left, with his loan move to Genoa extended until 2020 before the Serie A minnows purchase the forward outright.
3. Douglas Costa (to Manchester United) – 2.6
A move that is unlikely to materialise with Pogba’s return to the Allianz Stadium now looking highly unlikely.
The Portuguese ace would provide competition for Kyle Walker and replace the outgoing Danilo who is expected to expected to leave the Etihad this summer.

5. Sergej Milinkovic-Savic (Lazio) – 2.5
Corriere Dello Sport suggest Lazio have set an asking price of €100m (£89.1m) for the Serbian midfielder.
An agreement in principle has already been reached with the player, with Calcio Mercato suggesting this will be used as leverage to lower the total fee.
4. James Rodriguez (Real Madrid) – 2.7
Rodriguez will return to Real Madrid from Bayern Munich this summer, but the Colombian is not expected to stay at the club under new manager Zinedine Zidane.
