Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham have previously been linked with Lozano and Bergwijn.
PSV boss Mark van Bommel expects Lozano to stay in Eindhoven though.
The Mexico international has netted 17 goals in the Dutch top flight this season, alerting top European clubs to his talents.
Bergwijn has also impressed this season and has admitted he will decide his future a the end of the season.
He explained: “I am only focused on winning the league title with my team, it's a close race.
“Once the season ends, I will then focus on my future…”
United are looking to strengthen their wings with the future of Alexis Sanchez and Juan Mata uncertain.
Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial are the other options that have been regularly used on both flanks.
The Red Devils have had a season to forget and find themselves down in sixth in the Premier League.
Solskjaer’s side will therefore be playing Europa League football next season.
United end their campaign against Cardiff at Old Trafford in the Premier League on Sunday (3pm).
