Paul Pogba penalty: Pictures PROVE Man Utd penalty should NOT have been given vs West Ham
PICTURES prove that Manchester United should not have been awarded their penalty which Paul Pogba scored to give the Red Devils the lead against West Ham.
Pogba slotted straight down the middle to give Manchester United the lead at Old Trafford but there was plenty of controversy over the awarding of the spot-kick.
And pictures show that Mata’s back foot was outside the box, while his standing leg was on the edge of the penalty area.
And some football fans weren’t happy with the decisions by the officials.
One wrote: “The ref has given that penalty decision so quickly.. even without VAR why the rush? I make decisions every day at work.. I would never or never even claim to make them in half a second!”
