But with Chelsea unable to sign players due to their transfer ban, Jordan says there is no need for the Blues to sell their prized asset.
And he reckons there is no extra benefit for Hazard joining Real Madrid than staying and extending his contract at Chelsea.

“I think it’s a sad situation for English football if we lose a prestigious talent like that, because he is a very talented player and I don’t think Real Madrid and Barcelona are bigger clubs than the English clubs anymore.
“I think that’s all part of the past and I don’t see why Madrid should be attracting the players to go over there.
“We should be able to keep them at the Chelseas, Manchester Uniteds and Manchester Citys of the world.”
