Premier League table: Latest standings as Man City stretch lead over Liverpool
MANCHESTER CITY moved four points clear of Liverpool with a victory over Watford this afternoon as the Premier League reaches the final straight.
City opened up the gap on Liverpool ahead of their clash with Burnley on Sunday afternoon.
A controversial opener saw Raheem Sterling awarded the goal after he appeared to be offside.
Sterling then scored twice more to finish the game although Watford ace Gerard Deulofeu did pull one back.

Southampton came from behind to beat Tottenham as Cardiff beat West Ham and Bournemouth beat Huddersfield.
Brendan Rodgers picked up a win on his home debut as Leicester manager as they beat Fulham.
