Bobby Duncan
Position: Striker
Age: 17
Bobby Duncan has made a real name for himself since arriving from Manchester City.
It wasn’t just his eye for goal that had people talking, he is also the cousin of Steven Gerrard.
Duncan has hit 12 goals in 11 U18 Premier League matches this season, making him one of the most prolific forwards at academy level.
He struck four goals against Middlesbrough last month in a display that would have had Jurgen Klopp purring.
With 15 goals in all competitions this term, Duncan is going the right way about earning a first team call up.
Paul Glatzel
Position: Striker
Age: 17
Alongside Duncan, Paul Glatzel has been in devastating form for Liverpool’s Under 18s.
He’s hit 17 goals in all competitions this term and is a leading figure in the youth set up having regularly captained the side.
Glatzel smashed in six goals in his first three U18 Premier League matches in August and has continued to turn in regular contributions which has seen him promoted to the Under 23 side.
Like Duncan, he is going the right way about earning a call up.
The pair have really stepped up in the absence of Rhian Brewster who has undergone ankle surgery.
Liverpool: Klopp praises young defender Ki-Jana Hoever
Ki-Jana Hoever
Position: Defender
Age: 17
Liverpool supporters should already be aware of Ki-Jana Hoever.
The defender was handed his first team debut in the FA Cup defeat at Wolves in January.
Hoever was just 16-years-old when he made his bow yet showed maturity and confidence beyond his years.
The Dutchman arrived from Ajax back last August and has already impressed academy bosses and Klopp.
The appearance at Molineux won’t be the last we’ve seen of the defender.
With Liverpool surfaced to requirements at centre back at the moment, the right back has already demonstrated that he can be relied on if needed.
