Neymar suffered a fractured metatarsal in January that will keep him out of both legs of the tie.
Cavani has a hip problem while Thomas Meunier joins them in the physio room with concussion.

Man Utd vs PSG – who is out?
United are running short of defenders ahead of the game tonight.
Victor Lindelof picked up a knock last week and was rested for the weekend encounter with Fulham.
He could return to the match day squad to face PSG but it remains to be seen whether he is fit enough to start against PSG hot-shot Kylian Mbappe.
Antonio Valencia, Marcos Rojo and Matteo Darmian are all ruled out of the game through injury though none would have been expected to start the big game.

PSG: Neymar takes part in recovery regime following foot injury
Speaking at a press conference ahead of tonight's clash, Solskjaer was mainly quizzed on PSG absences rather than his own team’s injury list.
He said: “Of course any team which are missing players like Meunier or Cavani are feeling the affect.
“But it will give their other players a chance.
“It makes it more unpredictable for us, this time around we are guessing a bit how they are going to come.”
