FANTASY PREMIER LEAGUE managers are running out of time to organise their squads ahead of the GW22 deadline.
Fantasy Premier League scout reveals his GW 22 team selection
Fantasy Premier League managers have had a week away from the pressures of form, fixtures and injuries with the FA Cup Third Round, but it’s back to work again with GW22 kicking off today.
Liverpool are looking to get back to winning ways when they travel to Brighton, having suffered consecutive defeats to Manchester City and Wolves.
Meanwhile, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will come up against his toughest test since taking over at Manchester United when his side face Tottenham at Wembley.
Paul Pogba is available after injury while FPL fans are set to get their last points hit from Son Heung-Min before he heads to the Asian Cup – but who will you sign as a replacement before the 11.30am deadline?
Top FPL transfer tips
DEF: Sead Kolasinac (Arsenal) – £4.9m
The Bosnian has started 10 of Arsenal’s past 11 matches, providing four assists during that run.
The return of Nacho Monreal to full fitness could damage Kolasinac’s chances, although the 25-year-old is a favourite of Emery’s and should feature against West Ham.
MID: Sadio Mane (Liverpool) – £9.5m
The Senegalese winger’s value has dropped in recent weeks despite Liverpool’s excellent form, so now might be the time to reinvest ahead of a kind run.
FWD: Marko Arnautovic (West Ham United) – £6.9m
The Austrian made his return to action in the defeat to Burnley before scoring both goals in the 2-2 draw with Brighton.
Arnautovic hit the back of the net again in the FA Cup win over Birmingham before being forced off early due to a back injury, but is expected to be fit to face Arsenal.
In-form FPL players
FWD: Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur – £12.6m) – 8.8 form
Five goals and two assists in his past four matches have seen Kane rack up six bonus points, with the England captain bang in form ahead of United’s visit.
MID: Paul Pogba (Manchester United – £8.4m) – 9.8 form
The stand-out player under Solskjaer so far this season, with the Frenchman recording three consecutive double-digit hauls before his blank last week.
An injury concern but Pogba returned to training during the Dubai warm weather camp and should feature.
MID: Son Heung-Min (Tottenham Hotspur – £8.8m) – 10.6 form
Undoubtedly the form player in the Premier League with eight goals and six assists in his past nine matches.
However, FPL bosses need to be aware of the South Korean’s Asian Cup commitments.
Best-value FPL bargains
DEF: Ricardo Pereira (Leicester City – £5.3m) – 1.2 value
Emerging as an FPL favourite with his barnstorming runs from right-back and penchant for bonus points, picking up 14 so far this season.
MID: Paul Pogba (Manchester United – £8.4) – 1.2 value
Drew a blank against Newcastle but a revelation under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer with two goals, four assists and eight bonus points.
Pogba has now flown out to link up with the United squad at a warm weather training camp in Dubai and should be fit for the weekend.
GKP: Neil Etheridge (Cardiff City – £4.6m) – 1.3 value
The Cardiff stopper has kept out three penalties so far this season, helping his points totals skyrocket while remaining moderately priced.

Who should I captain in FPL GW22?
Jamie Vardy (Leicester City) vs Southampton (H)
The England international was left out of the Foxes’ FA Cup defeat to Newport County so should be raring to go when Saints visit the King Power.
Claude Puel is in need of a result against his former side and Vardy is the most likely man to get it.
Eden Hazard (Chelsea) vs Newcastle United (H)
Hazard has blanked in his last two gameweeks but looks set for a return to the ‘false nine’ role that served him so well earlier this season.
A home clash with struggling Newcastle provides the perfect opportunity for Maurizio Sarri’s side to hit back after defeat to Tottenham in midweek.
TOP CHOICE: Mohamed Salah (Liverpool) vs Brighton & Hove Albion (A)
Liverpool have lost consecutive matches for the first time this season and Jurgen Klopp will be desperate for a response this weekend.
Salah is almost certain to lead the line at the Amex as the Reds big guns come out firing.
