Chelsea transfer news: Hirving Lozano latest as Mino Raiola opens talks with Napoli
CHELSEA target Hirving Lozano has been offered to Napoli by his agent Mino Raiola, according to reports in Italy.
Chelsea would be good fit for PSV winger Lozano says pundit
The Blues are keen to bolster their options out wide and Lozano has been identified as an option.
Christian Pulisic has already been snapped up, but with Pedro and Willian now in the twilight of their careers more additions are expected.
News outlet Calciomercato reported last month that PSV Eindhoven sensation Lozano is high on Maurizio Sarri’s wish list.

According to another Italian publication, Gazzetta dello Sport, Raiola is pushing for a move to Napoli though.
Maurizio Sarri has been linked with Hirving Lozano
German football expert Raphael Honigstein thinks Pedro and Willian will be leaving Chelsea sooner rather than later.
Honigstein told the 5 Live Football Daily podcast: “I think that Willian and Pedro, if they weren’t worried already, probably know that the writing is on the wall, that they will be phased out.
“Chelsea had a big need in those positions. Christian Pulisic can play in any of them, he can also play centrally.
“I think it was a no-brainer as far as getting a guy with his quality in.
“The fact that they chose him I think has a lot of insight into what Sarri is thinking because they wanted him to start with Sarri in the summer so he’s very much a player we have to assume that Sarri wants.
“I think also he suits Chelsea’s game which is also a bit slower under Sarri, a little bit more deliberate.
“I think in a possession team, as he’s shown in the past, he can be very, very effective.
“I don’t think it reflects in any way on Hazard’s future but it probably tells you that Chelsea are willing and ready to upgrade the existing attacking midfielders, which they have to.”
Everton have also been linked with Lozano.
Director of football Marcel Brands has publicly discussed a move the Mexico ace.
“I think that if Hirving Lozano and Steven Bergwijn go directly to the absolute top in the Premier League, they will have it very difficult,” he told Voetbal International.
“Look at Keita at Liverpool.
“He was signed for more than €50m [£45m] from Leipzig, but is simply on the bench.
“Of course Lozano and Bergwijn are interesting players, but €30m [£27m] for Hirving and €20m for Steven, we will not pay that.
“We have indeed paid a lot of money for Richarlison, but he is 21 years old and has already shown it in the Premier League.
“He is likely to deliver double (that amount if sold).
“I do not know yet with Lozano and Bergwijn."
Lozano has managed an impressive 27 goals in 44 games for PSV since signing from Pachuca in 2017.
Brands was director of football at PSV when he was snapped up by the Dutch giants.
