The draw will be on Monday, December 17 in Nyon, Switzerland.
It takes place at 12pm GMT and you can follow it all with Express Sport.
Europa League draw: Who is in the hat?
The top two teams from each of the 12 Europa League groups go into the last 32 draw.
Teams that finished third on their Champions League groups also drop into the competition.

Europa League draw: How does the seeding work?
The 12 group winners, plus the four best third-placed teams from the Champions League, go into the draw as seeded teams.
The runners-up and remaining Champions League sides will be unseeded.
Seeded teams will play away in the first leg of their last 32 match.
Teams from the same group or same country cannot play one another in the first knockout round.
