FANTASY PREMIER LEAGUE managers have been frantically buying and selling in the transfer market ahead of GW17 – but who are the most and least popular players so far?
Fantasy Premier League managers are beginning to feel the strain of the hectic festive fixture list with games coming thick and fast in December.
Keeping up with deadlines is vitally important when looking to maximise your score, particularly when injuries, rotation and suspensions are coming into play.
FPL bosses have reacted quickly after fresh injuries to Anthony Martial and David Silva while the absence of Callum Wilson from Bournemouth’s starting XI against Liverpool also caused howls of frustration up and down the country last weekend.
In turn, fantasy football gaffers have been scouring the transfer market for suitable replacements – but who are the most signed and sold stars ahead of GW17?

OUT – 5. Marko Arnautovic (West Ham United): 101,520
A hamstring injury has seen the Austrian abandoned in huge numbers, with Arnautovic not expected back until the new year.

The Frenchman is also struggling with a hamstring problem and missed the 4-1 rout of Fulham.

The Manchester City star has been integral to the champions’ blistering start to the campaign, but Silva has now been ruled out for a few weeks with a muscular injury.

Wilson has been in fine form for the Cherries but a hamstring issue saw him sit out the defeat to Liverpool last weekend and a return against Wolves is not guaranteed.

Another assist last time out means interest in Aubameyang has continued to rise, particularly among gaffers looking for an Aguero alternative.
