"Hazard was the best player at the World Cup and he is the best player in the Premier League,” he said.
Hazard is flourishing under Maurizio Sarri.
The ex-Napoli boss replaced Conte and has established an exciting brand of attacking football which has helped the Blues ace flourish.
Hazard says Sarri has helped improve his game - but he was similarly happy working under Conte and Mourinho.

“Sarri is a manager who likes to have the ball,” he said.
“That makes a big difference.
“Besides that, he’s an Italian. Just like under [Antonio] Conte there’s a lot of tactics and we have to work hard in training.
“I don’t feel like saying that I didn’t have any freedom under my previous managers. Conte and [Jose] Mourinho also let me do what I wanted in the last third. That’s why I could excel under them too. Defensively I know what I have to do.”

Chelsea and Liverpool lock horns again on Saturday in the Premier League at Stamford Bridge.
Despite the quick turnaround, Hazard says scoring a wonder goal at Liverpool’s historic Anfield home was ’special’.
"That’s why the goal is special, why the qualification is special,” he explained.
“It’s always tough to play here.
"The game on Saturday will be more important because of the win today.

“In the league they are incredible also so let’s hope for a good game.
"For the confidence it is good because we drew against West Ham. Now the game on Saturday is more important."
"I don’t know if I have won here already after six years but it’s a fantastic stadium to play in so that’s why the win is more important
"I spoke with N’Golo on the bench and he told me he didn’t want to take a penalty - so the only solution was to score.”
