Liverpool fans slated Ramos for his part in the incident with many claiming he deliberately hurt the Reds’ star man.
But the Real Madrid captain insists he’s not worried about any possible backlash at Wembley tonight.
"I never go onto the pitch with the intention of injuring another professional so I have a very clear conscience," Ramos said.
"If the Premier League is known for something it's for the good reception it always gives to the best players.
"I've come here to win with Spain and I don't care what people might say or how I will be received."
Ramos recently reignited the fire with Liverpool at the Champions League draw.
Ramos was presented with the award for Best Defender during last year’s competition.
However, when returning to his seat – which was directly behind Salah – after collecting his award, Ramos touched the Liverpool ace on the shoulder
Salah didn’t really acknowledge Ramos’ actions other than slightly turning his head.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp recently spoke out about Ramos’s Champions League final antics.

“I watched that back, of course,” said Klopp. “If you watch it back and you’re not with Real Madrid, then you think it’s ruthless and brutal. You don’t think, ‘Wow, good challenge’.
“It was ruthless. I don’t think Mo would have always got injured in that situation, and this time it was unlucky, but it’s an experience that we cannot have.
“Ramos said a lot of things that I didn’t like. As a person I didn’t like the reactions of him. He was like ‘Whatever, what do they want? It’s normal’. No, it’s not normal.”
