ARSENAL have confirmed their full squad list for the 2018/19 season.
Emery: We need to show our best performance for Man City
Unai Emery will lead Arsenal into a new era following the exit of Arsene Wenger, and he has made several moves towards putting his own stamp on the squad.
The former Sevilla and PSG boss has made several solid signings throughout the spine of the team to boost his options.
Emery has sparked competition for places from the goalkeeper spot right through to the attacking end of the pitch in a bid to find a fighting spirit among the squad.
Arsenal have confirmed their full players list and shirt numbers ahead of the 2018/19 season.
Goalkeepers
1. Petr Cech, 13. David Ospina, 19. Bernd Leno, 26. Emiliano Martinez
The Gunners added Bernd Leno to their ranks in a £19million deal from Bayer Leverkusen.
However, Petr Cech is still expected to start the 2018/19 between the sticks.
David Ospina could still depart before the foreign transfer deadline passes.
Defenders
2. Hector Bellerin, 5. Sokratis Papastathopoulos, 6. Laurent Koscielny, 12. Stephan Lichtsteiner, 16. Rob Holding, 18. Nacho Monreal, 20. Shkodran Mustafi, 25. Carl Jenkinson, 27. Konstantinos Mavropanos, 31. Sead Kolasinac
Emery has wasted no time in adding experience to his inherited defensive options.
Stephan Lichtsteiner and Sokratis Papastathopoulos have plenty of huge Champions League games under their belts for Juventus and Dortmund respectively.
They will blend with young prospect Konstantinos Mavropanos who impressed at the end of 2017/18.

Arsenal have plenty of options in the midfield including their biggest summer signing Lucas Torreira.
The fiery midfielder impressed for Uruguay at the World Cup and will slot into the first team.
Aaron Ramsey was praised by Emery when he first arrived, Henrikh Mkhitaryan will be hoping to settle into a rhythm, and Mesut Ozil is under pressure to produce consistently.
Forwards
9. Alexandre Lacazette, 14. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, 23. Danny Welbeck
Versatile midfield options will pad out the Gunners attacking options throughout the 2018/19 season.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang could be among the top Premier League goalscorers this season if he maintains his debut season form.
Alexandre Lacazette will be hoping for plenty of game time after clicking into an effective partnership with Aubameyang.
