F1 news: Toto Wolff lifts the lid on LIVID Christian Horner outburst
MERCEDES boss Toto Wolff has claimed he has never seen his Red Bull counterpart so livid after Formula One chiefs introduced new rules ahead of the 2019 season.

The F1 Commission has introduced minor changes to the aerodynamic rules for next year in a bid to encourage closer racing and more overtaking.
The changes includes a simpler structured front wing and brake ducts as well as a deeper rear wing.
However, Horner was not happy with how quick the vote was passed and says the teams should have been given more time to considerate their options.
"I haven’t seen [Horner] that livid," Wolff told Sky Sports.
"It seems to be upsetting them massively.

"We wanted to be supportive of the work that’s been done and the direction looks correct."
Meanwhile, Red Bull’s top advisor Helmut Marko claimed Mercedes bosses only voted through the changes to get one over their rivals.

The Silver Arrows currently lead the Constructors Championship by 27 point this campaign.
"Mercedes wanted the new rules because they’re at the end with their aerodynamic concept,” he said.
“They want to start from scratch because it hurts us."
