Mercedes crowned Constructors' champions in Sochi after Raikkonen penalised for Ferrari
MERCEDES have been crown Constructors champions after Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen was found guilty of causing a collision with Valtteri Bottas.
Mercedes have secured back-to-back Constructors' titles
Raikkonen was handed a 30-second time penalty after colliding with Valtteri Bottas on the final lap in Sochi.
The Ferrari driver crossed the line in fifth but was demoted to eighth following the penalty.
Mercedes have been crowned Constructions champions after a dominant season
Lewis Hamilton's victory in the race means Mercedes have an unassailable lead in the team championship with four races to spare.
It is the second time in as many seasons Mercedes have won the team championship in Sochi.
Hamilton, meanwhile, has one hand on the drivers' title after team-mate Nico Rosberg retired from the race.
