Red Bull's Max Verstappen promises to make things interesting on race day, though, with his RB16 carrying the most pace during the long runs on Friday.
The Dutchman is currently second in the drivers' standings and leader Hamilton is well aware of the threat he poses to Mercedes' hopes of a fifth win in six races this season.

"Tomorrow is going to be challenging, as the race scenario is completely different [to qualifying]," said Hamilton. "Over a single lap, we seem to have the edge, but Red Bull's race pace looks strong and the run down to Turn 1 is very long, so I'm expecting a tough battle."
Whereas Hamilton, Bottas and Verstappen can look forward to scrapping it out at the front of the field, it's an altogether different story for four-time champion Sebastian Vettel.
