F1 2020 odds
The Pools’ Mark O’Donnell said: “Six-time world champion Lewis Hamilton is odds-on to retain his title for the 4th year running, with Charles Leclerc second favourite at 9/2 just ahead of Max Verstappen 5/1, with 2019 runner-up Valtteri Bottas at 11/2.
“Leclerc, who finished 4th last season with 2 wins and 10 podiums, is the more fancied of the two Ferrari drivers as the team becomes the first to reach 1000 GPs.
“Beyond that, the odds get much longer, with Alex Albon, 8th in 2019 after some strong performances, likely to be looking to secure his Red Bull drive and get a podium finish for the first time.”
“McLaren, whilst 250-1 to win the constructors championship, will be hoping to continue their improvement and beat their sole podium of last year.”
