Mexico Grand Prix: Lewis Hamilton meets his fans in Mexico
The 2018 championship could be over this evening with Lewis Hamilton needing only to finish seventh or higher, or if Sebastian Vettel fails to win, to win the title.
Hamilton starts in third on the grid, just ahead of Vettel in fourth with the two Red Bull drivers locking out the front row.
Max Verstappen and Daniel Ricciardo have shown pace all weekend and will be heavy favourites to finish atop the podium.
All eyes will be on that opening lap to see whether Hamilton can come through unscathed and if Vettel can produce a shock result.

This time of the season sees the races get underway at later times due them being across the atlantic.
Today’s race in Mexico City will start at 7.10pm GMT.
Mexico Grand Prix qualifying: What TV channel is it on?
Sky Sports will broadcast the Grand Prix live with the pre-show action starting at 6pm.
Sky Sports F1’s coverage will begin at 5:30pm. Sky Sports Main Event will also show the race, but their coverage won’t start until 6:30pm.
Channel 4 have a highlights package set to be shown at 11pm.
