PSL results: Latest scores from Pakistan Super League and FULL list of fixtures
PSL 2019 started on Friday when Islamabad United went Lahore Qalandars head-to-head in the opening match. Express Sport is on hand with latest scores, results and fixture list for the Pakistan Super League.
Islamabad United are the reigning champions of the PSL and the tournament’s most successful team, having won it twice since it was formed in 2016.
Now in its fourth year, the PSL has become increasingly competitive as Islamabad face stiff competition from Lahore Qalandars, Peshawar Zalmi, Quetta Gladiators, Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans.
The PSL is played in a double round-robin format. Each team plays one another twice before the top four advance to the playoffs.
Live television coverage comes from Hum Masala in the UK (Sky channel 720), with coverage from PTV Sport in Pakistan. Fans will also be able to stream the action via Bet365.
Islamabad got off to the best possible start with a five-wicket win in the opener. On day two Karachi Kings take on the Multan Sultans in the first of two matches with Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators meeting in the second.
