The two fighters are hoping to meet later this year for a huge unification fight.
Joshua and promoter Eddie Hearn had offered Wilder’s team an introductory flat-out fee of $12.5million (£8.9m).
However, that has been rejected and a stunning counter-offer has since been tabled - of which Joshua has replied "lets roll."
Wilder’s manager Shelley Finkel has emailed the terms to Hearn, which would see Joshua pocket a minimum purse of $50m (£36m).
The terms laid out would see the Brit take home the aforementioned fee or 50 per cent of the total revenue, whichever figure returns the highest amount.
Deontay Wilder has made a blockbuster offer to Anthony Joshua
But there is a catch in the deal - and that is that Wilder wants to pick the venue, which presumably would be in the United States.
Joshua has never had a professional bout overseas and it is well-known that he is keen to hold the fight in the UK.
ESPN add that no rematch clause has been included in the offer.
Wilder has since posted a video on social media where he has told Joshua to check his emails.
“Anthony, get with your man Eddie Hearn and tell him to check his emails,” Wilder said.

“I got something special for you. By the way, all the money is in the bag so I guess you will be a man of your word.
“I’ll see you soon then!”
It is also outlined that the showdown must be the next fight for each boxer.
Joshua could have a problem with that as he has been ordered to face Alexander Povetkin, who is the mandatory challenger for his WBA belt.
And yesterday Hearn confirmed that talks with alternative opponents are already underway.
Joshua wants to strip Wilder of his WBC title
"We're talking to Alexander Povetkin's team, we're talking to Jarrell Miller's team, we've got Dillian Whyte in our stable. All possible fights next,” he said.
"By the end of next week [May 6], if the Wilder fight isn't progressing, we need to look at other options because Anthony wants to box in August or September.
"That will come around very quickly.
"To make it clear: the next fight, we want it to be Wilder. If his team really want that fight, there's no reason we can't make some progress this week."
