Tony Bellew hits back at David Haye after dramatic press conference bust-up
TONY BELLEW accused David Haye of dragging boxing through the mud after their press conference descended into chaos yesterday.

Haye landed a left hook after Bellew pushed him away as their posed for photographs, having traded insults for almost half an hour while announcing their heavyweight grudge match on March 4 at the 02 Arena.
Bellew said: “I’m disgusted in David – throwing a punch like that and saying some of the things he said.
“He got too close so I just pushed him off me, it was a gentle push, then he punched me with a left hook on the side of the head.

“I’m all about selling the show but for me, that was not the way to sell a show.
“I am a professional sportsman and I am not coming here to put the game I love into disrepute.”

Former two-weight world champion Haye labelled Bellew “Tony B**lend” and said: “Even if you do hit me nothing is going to happen, you powder-puff-punching chump.
“You’re just a chump in the ring, a little fat podgy pumped-up light heavyweight.
“This fight is all about how long it’s going to take me to put you unconscious. I’ll be standing over your limp body in the ring.”
